The open beta is free, so there is nothing to refund.
Refund window
If a paid plan isn’t for you, ask for a refund within 7 days of the first payment of a subscription, or of a yearly renewal, and you get the full amount back.
How to ask
Email support@apexraceai.online with the email address you paid with. The refund goes back through the payment provider, within its usual processing time.
Cancellation
Cancel any time from your account. You keep access to the end of the period you paid for.
Consumer rights
This policy does not affect your rights under consumer law that cannot be limited.
